Dosing & reconstitution
- Reconstitution
- 2 mL BAC → 15 mg/mL total. Draw 0.2 mL ≈ 3 mg total per dose.
- Common dose
- ~3.0 mg total per administration (≈ 1.5 mg BPC-157 + 1.5 mg TB-500), daily subcutaneous
- Cycle length
- 4–6 weeks on, 2–4 weeks off
