Dosing & reconstitution

Reconstitution
50 mg vial: 2 mL BAC → 25 mg/mL. Draw 0.04 mL = 1 mg; 0.08 mL = 2 mg. 100 mg vial: 3 mL BAC → 33.3 mg/mL. Draw 0.03 mL = 1 mg; 0.06 mL = 2 mg.
Common dose
1.0–2.0 mg per day subcutaneous, or 2.0–3.0 mg every other day
Maintenance
0.5–1.0 mg/day for 12+ week extended runs
Cycle length
4–8 weeks standard; 8–12 weeks for active remodelling protocols
