Dosing & reconstitution
- Reconstitution
- 2 mL BAC → 5 mg/mL. Draw 0.02 mL = 100 mcg; 0.04 mL = 200 mcg; 0.06 mL = 300 mcg.
- Common dose
- 100–300 mcg (0.1–0.3 mg) per pulse, subcutaneous
- Maintenance
- 1–3 pulses per day, matched to the CJC-1295 NoDAC schedule
- Cycle length
- 8–12 weeks on, 4 weeks off
