Dosing & reconstitution
- Reconstitution
- 3 mL BAC → 200 mg/mL. Draw 0.5 mL = 100 mg; 1.0 mL = 200 mg. Larger reconstitution volume preferred for injection comfort.
- Common dose
- 100–500 mg per day, subcutaneous, on training days or daily
- Maintenance
- Lower doses (100–200 mg) for general protocols; higher doses (1+ g) in clinical research
- Cycle length
- Continuous use acceptable; 8–12 weeks on / 2–4 weeks off avoids adaptation
