Dosing & reconstitution
- Reconstitution
- 10 mg vial: 2 mL BAC → 5 mg/mL. Draw 0.4 mL = 2 mg; 0.8 mL = 4 mg. 20 mg vial: 2 mL BAC → 10 mg/mL. Draw 0.2 mL = 2 mg; 0.4 mL = 4 mg; 0.8 mL = 8 mg. 40 mg vial: 3 mL BAC → 13.3 mg/mL. Draw 0.15 mL = 2 mg; 0.30 mL = 4 mg; 0.60 mL = 8 mg; 0.90 mL = 12 mg.
- Common dose
- Weekly subcutaneous, titrated from 2.0 mg to 8–12 mg over 12+ weeks
- Loading
- Weeks 1–4: 2.0 mg/week. Weeks 5–8: 4.0 mg/week. Weeks 9–12: 8.0 mg/week.
- Maintenance
- Week 13+: 8.0–12.0 mg/week per tolerance
- Cycle length
- Continuous use — not cycled like the regenerative peptides
