Dosing & reconstitution
- Reconstitution
- 2 mL BAC → 10 mg/mL. Draw 0.025 mL = 0.25 mg; 0.05 mL = 0.5 mg; 0.10 mL = 1 mg; 0.24 mL = 2.4 mg. Insulin syringes essential for the smaller doses.
- Common dose
- Weekly subcutaneous, titrated from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg over 17+ weeks
- Loading
- Weeks 1–4: 0.25 mg/week. Weeks 5–8: 0.5 mg/week. Weeks 9–12: 1.0 mg/week. Weeks 13–16: 1.7 mg/week.
- Maintenance
- Week 17+: 2.4 mg/week per tolerance
- Cycle length
- Continuous use — not cycled like the regenerative peptides
