- 2 mL BAC → 10 mg/mL. Draw 0.1 mL = 1 mg; 0.2 mL = 2 mg.
- Common dose
- 1.0–2.0 mg per day, subcutaneous
- Maintenance
- Single daily injection, typically pre-bed
- Cycle length
- 12+ weeks on, 4 weeks off (clinical trials run 26+ weeks)
