- Reconstitution
- 2 mL BAC → 2.5 mg/mL. Draw 0.4 mL = 1 mg; 0.8 mL = 2 mg.
- Common dose
- 1.0–2.0 mg per week, subcutaneous
- Cycle length
- 8–12 weeks on, 4 weeks off
