Dosing & reconstitution
- Reconstitution
- 2 mL BAC → 10 mg/mL. Draw 0.5 mL = 5 mg; 1.0 mL = 10 mg.
- Common dose
- 5.0–10.0 mg, subcutaneous, twice weekly
- Maintenance
- Alternative: 1.0–2.0 mg daily for steadier exposure
- Cycle length
- 4–8 weeks on, 2–4 weeks off; extended 12-week protocols in dedicated metabolic research
