Dosing & reconstitution
- Reconstitution
- 2 mL BAC → 5 mg/mL. Draw 0.4 mL = 2 mg; 0.5 mL = 2.5 mg.
- Common dose
- 2.0–2.5 mg subcutaneous
- Loading
- Twice weekly for 4–6 weeks
- Maintenance
- Once weekly for 4–8 weeks
- Cycle length
- 8–14 weeks (loading + maintenance) up to twice yearly
